INSTRUCTOR:
Henri Louis Goulet

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Come see how humankind made in or as the image of God was meant to be understood from the book of Genesis. Rediscover the deep meaning of being human and, more importantly, humane! See how we were blessed and instructed to represent God on earth. Learn what specifically about Eden we need to redeem. Then, get ready for fresh and profound insight into what God intended for the collaboration between men and women in fulfilling their commission to oversee the flourishing of God’s creation. Let us as men and women be restored to our commission to work together as stewards whose responsibility is 'earth-keeping' and 'people-keeping'. Yes, we are our brother's and sister's keeper! That's not all! See for yourself that the Bible does not portray women as inferior to men. Learn about God's intent for 'heterarchy' between men and women that overcomes the heated debates about 'complementarianism' and 'egalitarianism' in Evangelical circles. This is a unique course chock full of eye-opening insights for men and women who desire to be faithful to God's intentions. It includes corrections about our misreading and misunderstanding of Paul the Apostle in general and Galatians 3:28 in particular.
